You’ve never seen UGG Australia quite like this. For its 2014 winter collection, the company has decided to focus not necessarily on the collection itself, but rather on the moments that take place while you’re wearing its pieces. Small moments- like taking a walk with a loved one or meeting with friends for coffee- events that happen daily and tend to be forgotten in the chaos of everyday life.
UGG has drawn inspiration from moments like these, with special contributions from Langley Fox Hemingway and Hanneli Mustaparta. UGG sat down with these lovely ladies to talk about some of the moments that matter most to them, where they feel the most comfortable, and what it all means to them.
Langley Fox Hemingway is not only the great, great, granddaughter of literary great Ernest Hemingway, but also a talented artist, illustrator, and model. The young artist finds peace when drawing, as she escapes into a world that consists of only a pencil and sketchpad. For her, it is in the late nights that turn into early mornings where she finds comfort and when her passion for her trade surges.
Model, Fashion Blogger and Photographer, it’s fair to say that Hanneli Mustaparta is one busy lady. With a jam-packed schedule attending fashion shows all over the world, Henneli has a well-stamped passport.
For her, going back to her roots is where she finds peace and comfort. Mustaparta, who was born and raised in Norway- a place known for it’s incredible landscape- says she still loves to get lost in nature.
UGG Australia’s latest collection includes UGG’s signature boots, bags, gloves, scarves and hats. No matter what you choose, you’ll be sure to create moments that will last for a lifetime.
