  1. StyleMint comes to the UK – thanks Stylistpick!

It’s a match made in heaven…Stylistpick and the Olsen twins. Maty-Kate and Ashley’s successful t-shirt business, StyleMint collection is now available in the UK and we are beyond happy.

You can get your dose of super stylish celeb-designed tees at Stylistpick – which already offers amazing clothing and accessories picked out by some top stylists and Cheryl Cole’s shoe collection.

Both Stylistpick and StyleMint are all about making celeb-inspired looks accessible to everyone and the StyleMint tees are a great chance to get your hands on some Olsen wear, which is apparently really good quality.

    Adore

As well as being stylish the tees also come minus the usual high price tags that you see on the Olsens’ other brands- Elizabeth and James, James and Olsenboye and especially The Row – which won them Womenswear designer of the Year at the CFDA Awards.

I love Victoria and the mountain graphic tee

We’ve been waiting for the StyleMint concept to come over to the UK since it launched in 2011 thanks to entrepreneur Josh Berman and Diego Berdakin. In case you’re not familiar with the brand, StyleMint offers its registered customers monthly shopping recommendations after they fill in a survey of their style preferences. And the celeb hook-ups are amazing…let’s hope Kate Bosworth’s JewelMint is available in the UK soon!

Stylistpick also lets Brits take a style quiz and suggests options, but you can now browse the whole collection – and check out Cheryl’s newest shoe designs. We like!

  3. Celebs who love round glasses: inspiration gallery

It’s the trend that just keeps on going. Circular-shaped sunglasses have been around since 2009 with everyone from edgy Lady Gaga and Mary-Kate Olsen to glossy celeb stylist Rachel Zoe rocking a pair. Fearne Cotton and Alexa Chung have made the look typically London-refuse-to-try-hard. Nice job girls.

Will you be partaking in some round sunglasses fun?

Alexa goes bold for fashion week fun

    Fearne looks effortlessly cool

Cheap and cheerful ASOS colourblock sunnies £12 (and they tick the pastel trend box - clever ASOS)

  4. The Row x Superga

You know by now that I’m a little obsessed with Superga’s so imagine my joy at the news that two of my favourite people – Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen have pimped some plimsols!

The Row for Superga plimsolls are what you might expect- beautifully made from luxe materials, super stylish and yes, expensive.  The cashmere plimsolls are a hefty £250 and the linen versions £190. Are you sold?

    Super luxe cashmere pump

Linen - there are 3 colours but I like the blue

  5. Elizabeth Olsen rocks velvet suit

And here were we thinking that Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were the edgy dressers of the family. Elizabeth Olsen has stepped out in the trickiest of ensembles – a velvet suit – and has managed not to look like a 1960s throwback (think Austin Powers) or one of those matchy-matchy velour and diamante tracksuit gym bunnies.  Go Elizabeth!

    What do you think?

  6. Mary-Kate + Ashley Olsen for Elle magazine

We’re always excited when the monthly batch of fashion magazines land at Snap Fashion HQ but this month I was especially pleased to see Ashley Olsen on the cover of my Elle magazine. Mary-Kate covers the version available in the shops (Ashley on the subscribers’ copies) and the editorial inside is stunning.

We won’t ruin it for you by posting a whole bunch of pics but the magazine is definitely worth a purchase and this month it comes with a high street buys mini magazine too, which has some great affordable pieces that you’ll want!

Which cover do you prefer? I have to say I almost always prefer Ashley’s quirkier style (but it’s a close call – they both look amazing!)

Mary-Kate wears a crystal + garbadine coat by Praa, while Ashley wears Dolce & Gabbana (buy the magazine to see her lush Charlotte Olympia shoes!)

Mary Kate wears a Swarovski crystal and sequinned lace dress

  7. Christian Louboutin + Blake Lively

It’s no secret that Gossip Girl Blake Lively is a huge fan of Christian Louboutin’s famous red-soled shoes and here she is being swept off her feet (rocking 2  trends: leather and snakeskin) by the man himself – it looks like a scene from Gossip Girl!

We love Blake's snakeskin print Louboutins and super soft leather coat

Leggy Lively towers over the designer

Christian was celebrating the launch of his new book at Barneys in NYC and was joined by some of our favourite stylish starlets, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen and Leigh Lezark.

The Olsen twins are stylish as always

Leigh Lezark keeps it cool and casual

And here’s another amazing outfit for Serena van der Woodson that we should add to our Gossip Girl series 5 gallery!

If only we could pull of the slouch boot/ knee-high sock combo (way too short!)

  8. Rachel Bilson turns shoe designer

We’ve just been drooling over Cheryl Cole’s new shoe collection with Stylepick and what happens? Another A-lister has turned her hand to shoe design and it’s one of our favourites…Rachel Bilson YAY!

Rachel’s teaming up with her super stylist Nicole Chavez to launch ShoeMint (in the same vein as Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s StyleMint?) to produce a line of footwear available online.

    Brilliant blush!

Apparently this pair of super-high flocked-look Mary Janes ($79.99) are part of the new collection and are designed by Rachel. We love her laid-back style too so can’t wait to see if there are any cute flats on the shoe menu too.

Meanwhile, Rachel has popped up on US TV show ‘Last Night with Jimmy Fallon’  wearing a stunning Preen dress and funky grey platform court shoes…we have no idea if these shoes are from the new collection but we do like them!

    This is one perfect outfit!
