The Rolling Stones: 50 years of style
There are few bands that are so effortlessly cool and stylish as The Stones. Whether it’s Mick’s moves in Studio 54, various super model girlfriends, wives and offspring, iconic album covers by the coolest designers of the day or Keith Richards’ epic scarf collection, the band has arguably been as influential on our wardrobes as they have on our record collections.
To celebrate 50 years since the Stones’ first gig, here are some favourite pics and style influences…let’s hope they’ll keep on touring so we can (eventually) catch them in concert!
