Missoni x Converse – lust have!
If you’re anything like us, you swoon over the latest Isabel Marant wedge trainers and have a deep appreciation for heels that you can strut in – for at least 10 metres – but when it comes down to it, you have a trustry pair of Converse/Vans/Superga plimsolls that you would be lost without!
This summer seems to be a big one for designer/plimsoll collaborations, including: Henry Holland, The Row and various celebrities pimping the humble sneaker. And now Missoni – yay! All the sneakers include the signature Missoni zig-zag in a variety of colours. The pale white pair are a nice twist on the classic white Converse Chuck Taylors, but I love the navy/grey colour combination. The only catch? They are $200, which is pretty steep for a cotton/rubber shoe.
